She has also held key positions at top companies throughout Kentucky. She served as Physician Practice/CBO Manager of Columbia/HCA Kentucky division's 40+ practices across the state and as Director of Billing and Reimbursement for University Medical Associates in Louisville where she directed and managed the billing operations of more than 80 physicians and 10 sub-specialties. She is active in the business community with memberships in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
She was honored in 2002 by Biz Journals’ Business First of Kentucky as one of the areas top 40 under forty-business professionals. She was also featured in the Atlanta Business Journal in April 2007. In 2010 Regina was named as the Conference chair person for the National Conference for Certified Professionals held in San Antonio, TX.
